A Year of Loss
While I appreciate all I have in my life, this year has been one of loss. My Aunt and Grandmother passed and a few months prior to The Great Awakening as I call it, Jason's Aunt passed out of the blue. (Oh, life.)
It breaks my heart knowing these very special people won't be at our wedding. We've had to move our date three times, and sometimes I regret not sticking with September 2019. The very person who's vacation conflicted is one who left her body. I could have never predicted this, which has been the ultimate lesson in LETTING GO. Things happen in divine timing. I know our wedding will be beautiful, but I never thought the beginning of married life would feel like chasing a moving target. At least we have each other. I'm so grateful for that.
As we celebrate Thanksgiving, the people sitting at the table may be different, or perhaps you're ordering in. However you spend your day, I hope you feel renewed. Staying connected is so important for our health. Let's meet up soon.
The next EFT Sister Circle is Monday, December 14th at 7:00pm EST.
You'll learn how to discreetly calm yourself in public without sneaking to the cheese board and eating one too many pieces of cheddar. Tapping is an easy way to let stress go. I mean really let go to the point where when you talk about it, you won't feel emotionally charged. Those who work with essential oils, bring your favorite one with you. Chamomile, frankincense, and lavender are great! See you soon.
