When You Think You Can't, You Can
My arms feel like jello after I challenged myself to do 108 sun salutations to celebrate Summer Solstice and International Yoga Day. After 30 rounds, I had to modify chaturanga so I could keep up and I did it!
Local yoga studios came together to raise funds to build a well in South Sudan. This will alow girls the opportunity to receive an education instead of having to leave the village to collect dirty water and become ill with parasites.
Having access to clean water - another thing to be grateful for.
To celebrate the summer solstice, I put together a package of 3 energy healing sessions. Spend some time looking at the past, seeing where you are now, and moving towards who you want to be in the future.
If you are a yes person and want to speak up without hurting a soul, this is for you. It IS possible to set boundaries without being mean.
You'll go from feeling sacred to say something *in the moment* >> to >> having your needs met because you said what's on your mind.
We all have core wounds and limiting beliefs that subconsciously rule our lives.
The core wound of codependency is not feeling seen or heard within the family system. A child is not allowed to express their emotions freely, and in order to survive they are expected to adapt to the needs of the parent(s).
EFT Tapping is a powerful way to address unresolved issues and transform the belief that you can't when actually YOU CAN.
Here's a mini tapping session on the fear of speaking up - available on Instagram - just click the image below:
Let’s do this!

P.S. If you're curious how EFT Tapping works, this is your chance to try it.
Offer ends Sunday, June 25.
