I know having a healthy relationship with food can be tricky as there are many layers to it that can eat you alive. From family traditions to diet culture and simply labeling certain foods as good or bad.

My take on it? Do your best to eat anti-inflammatory 80% of the time and allow yourself to indulge here and there without any guilt because food eaten with a side of shame will digest poorly.
