Try Tapping Before You Judge it

I thought EFT looked SO WEIRD for many years. When I tapped along with Brad Yates and the Ortner’s on YouTube, I was so hung up on the fact that I looked like a monkey tapping on my head. I didn’t understand the science at the time, so my energy about it was judgey.

Am I doing it right?

Is this really working?

How can tapping on my head change my life?

Even though I judged it, EFT kept popping up in my world. When I see something three times or more, I know the Universe wants me to pay attention. Taking the EFT for Personal Fulfillment online course helped me have a noticeable shift in my energy. I couldn’t believe how much lighter I felt from tapping along with an audio! No one was LIVE on Zoom. I wasn’t working 1:1 with a practitioner and it wasn’t a tapping circle.

EFT seemed to be working and I became a believer. So, I went in search of an EFT Practitioner, because I was ready to let go of all the limiting beliefs that held me back. I was ready to blossom and I was ready to do the work.

I found Kelly Renee, my EFT Practitioner in a Facebook Group and we had a lot common. I remember being so nervous at our first session that I didn’t even turn my camera on. I told her it was distracting. :) At the time, it was. The truth was I was scared to open up to a complete stranger about my personal life.

Since I was DETERMINED to improve my life, I kept showing up to our tapping sessions every week and we’ve been tapping together for over a year now. SO MUCH has changed and opened up for me. My relationship to time and money have improved. My belief in what I’m capable of has been blown wide open. The more I tap, the faster I have these transformations. In our sessions, we incorporate visualization, breathwork, aromatherapy, and connection to the heart space. Some sessions were so profound and deep, I felt so woozy after and went to bed early. Personal development is NOT easy, but it’s incredibly rewarding to get to the other side.

This work is LIFE CHANGING once you give it a chance. I know it looks ridiculous, but IT WORKS. When you approach tapping for the first time with an open mind, then you can see if it’s right for you (or not). Sometimes it might not even be the right time and you may come back to it after years like I did. Either way, you have nothing to lose and so much inner peace to gain.
