What to expect from a tapping session:
First, start with an in-depth conversation about your most pressing issue before we begin releasing uncomfortable feelings or thoughts with emotional freedom technique, breathwork, visualization, and aromatherapy (optional).
Next, I will lead you in a guided tapping session to acknowledge how you are feeling.
You will be encouraged to accept the situation as best as you can while giving yourself compassion.
As we tap, you will look for silver linings and ways to release the discomfort.
Lastly, we check in on how you're feeling and talk about your next steps.
You will walk away feeling less emotionally charged about your situation and more calm.
Each session is custom tailored to each client for mind, body, and spiritual healing.
