001: Finding Confidence with The Great Yoga Wall with Tami Robinson
What if you could spark a new level of confidence by trying a new yoga practice?
After interviewing Tami Robinson that's all I keep thinking about. She struggled for years with no boundaries, chronic overworking, and not sure how to say no to others without hurting their feelings.
Now, she runs her own business and has figured out how to work in a way that works for her. 😍
I'm excited she is the first speaker on The Wellspot series because:
She is the queen of setting boundaries in all areas of her life.
She has commuted across the country from Washington to California to change her career from a government working to yoga teacher.
After unexpected events, Tami became the lead instructor for The Great Yoga Wall (see it pictured behind her on the left).
Her 4-step boundary setting method is really helpful!
Tami has generously gifted our community with a complimentary Restorative Yoga Practice!! You can find it here.
Connect with Tami on her website or Instagram.
If you’re curious like me and want to try The Great Yoga Wall, find a studio near you!
My takeaway of our talk was don't be afraid to try new things because you might find yourself hanging upside down with the assist of The Great Yoga Wall and suddenly realize you just did your first handstand.
The rush of excitement and confidence will spill over into your ability to say, "I'm sorry, Susan. I can't help you write that report today, but I can get it to you by EOD Friday."
Love,
Michele
